Refunds policy

Group Trading Academy (GTA) This Refund Policy is applicable to all courses and services offered by Group Trading Academy (GTA) and is governed by the laws of India.

1. No Refund Policy

   All fees paid towards stock market courses, training programs, workshops, or subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the payment is completed and access to course content (digital or live) is provided, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback will be permitted under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Enrollment

   Course enrollment is strictly non-transferable. The registered participant cannot transfer access, benefits, or credentials to any other individual, nor claim a refund on behalf of another person.

3. Course Access & Validity

   Upon successful payment, learners will be granted access to course materials for a limited duration, as mentioned in the respective course details. It is the participant’s responsibility to access and complete the course within the validity period. Expiry of access does not qualify for a refund or extension unless explicitly stated.

4. Technical Issues

   In case of genuine technical issues related to access, learners must contact GTA support within a reasonable timeframe. GTA will make best efforts to resolve the issue. Technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Course Changes or Discontinuation

   Group Trading Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, replace, or discontinue any course, mentor, content, or delivery format due to operational or regulatory reasons. In such cases, suitable alternatives or adjustments may be provided at GTA’s discretion. No monetary refund shall be issued.

6. SEBI & Risk Disclaimer

   Group Trading Academy is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.

All courses and materials are provided strictly for educational purposes only.

We do not provide stock tips, assured returns, or guaranteed profits.Trading and investing in the stock market involves substantial financial risk, including loss of capital.Participants are solely responsible for their trading decisions and outcomes.

7. Legal Acceptance

   By enrolling in any GTA course and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and all associated terms. This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
